      Health insurance is good and that’s about it.

      Too much micromanaging. Very much good ole boys atmosphere. People were not treated equally.

      I felt like I was in 5th grade

      nice system, good pay, extensive hospital services

      Cons

      when comin to work on the unit not 1 person other than my preceptor spoke to me unless I asked a question. Staff is very "clicky" and groups together excluding other staff they don't like. There is little to no team work except within the "click" you are given the cold shoulder and the most work. It is exhausting to work without a team or at least a team that excludes the new people. Memorial Hermann is big on their "culture" but I only experienced a negative one at Cypress.
