      Better pay than other hospitals, plenty of locations good management depending on the unit

      Cons

      Constant understaffing, unsafe patient ratios, benefits far worse than other systems, no protection for employees by the hospital when patients assault, sexually harass, or otherwise attack employees

      Okay place to work

      -Good flexibility throughout navigating the pandemic. -Good work-from-home balance (2 days in 3 days remote). -Middle management and below are collegial and relatively easy to work with.

      Cons

      -Upper leadership are disrespectful and cold. -A stagnant place to work. Archaic way of thinking. -Constant inefficiencies and no improvement. -Not a place for innovative thinkers or workers.
