I have only been here for a couple of months, but so far I have been treated very well. I wish I had come here sooner. We have an excellent benefits package and my pay is appropriate for my level of skill and experience.

In outpatient imaging, there is a stress on customer service and quality of images. Behind the scenes on the ISD side, there is a constant effort to programmatically provide systems that are efficient and user friendly for our staff. Mgmt flexibility, trust ( no micro managing), upholds the work life balance standard and motivates employees to continue education. Multiple, locations so there is always opportunity to work in areas close to home. Many opportunities to move around or up in the company. I could go on, there are many pros, but from my experience, I can attest that my pro list is so long due to my direct report supervisor and how she leads her team.
