Pros

-Compassionate coworkers who genuinely cared about their patients -Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations

Cons

-Management and culture within GNP Clinics were especially problematic/unethical -Unrealistic productivity expectations with little to no breaks at GNP Clinics. Prioritized quantity over quality. -High caseloads and pressure to prioritize quantity over quality care -GNP Leadership lacked transparency, support, and accountability -Staff voiced concerns about burnout and ethics, but no meaningful changes were made -Felt punitive or dismissive toward employees who spoke up about the workload and also retaliatory -Poor alignment with social work values like advocacy and ethical care
