      Mixed feelings

      Pros

      Great people there doing the job day to day. Passionate about helping patients. Smart and capable employees with great ideas to share. They want to do what is right and have the ability to show initiative.

      Cons

      Higher level management speaks contemporary concepts, but there is an undercurrent of fear of making mistakes and disagreeing with the higher level leadership. It would not be a good idea to disagree with most at the VP and C-level. Mistakes are handled on a mechanical way rather than as a learning opportunity. Very little deviation from processes is tolerated.

      Pros

      Great co-workers...ethical, friendly and nice to work with. Benefits are good here as well. CEO...Outstanding and a true leader.

      Cons

      COO is insincere and has questionable ethics. The HR organization is robotic and the head of HR is incapable of an independent thought. Most managers fear upper leadership.

      The benefits package Received a steady paycheck

      Cons

      Poor management. Dog eat dog atmosphere. Rampant malignant office politics. Constant bullying among coworkers is encouraged and rewarded. No opportunities for career growth. Paperwork is stopped in its place when asking for a transfer to a higher position. Bottom line, it doesn't matter how well you do your job. If you aren't favored by management and their "Cronies" be prepared for a painful ride.
