We recognize some staffing issues post-pandemic, and we have revamped our entire Talent Acquisition/ Hiring practices to increase the speed of hiring and further our ability to attract talent to the organization to return to a balanced staffing model for all departments in the enterprise.

      Pros

      $25 gift card for Ralph's during holidays which they have not done in over 5 years now

      Cons

      The company as a whole does not care about their employees. Little to no recognition of appreciation, management is only for management and not their staff. Salary is not in the lower percentile, over worked with little support or resources. Not a healthcare system I would recommended being affiliated with patient or employee.
