Pros

some good folks to work with

Cons

worked in the shared services admin office. Employees have to take the so called flex days after major holidays and hence burn through their vacation hours. This is required . No work from home options for most employees. Manager's discretion when and who can. Pay is low compared to the industry standard. Several employees have left the company to work elsewhere and are happy with their new salary + place of employment. Management chooses poor vendors to work with despite vendor's poor reputation. In the end its about the $$.

Pros

Good reputation health care system overall in Southern California, and it is one of the fast growing company and always working towards ahead of the curve.

Cons

As healthcare keep shifting, company have hard time changing culture within workforce. all non-exempt employees are hourly, and there mandatory flex (furlough) days using your own PTO.
