      Pros

      I can only speak for the VA headquarters, but everyone there is so kind and helpful. The office is large and the culture is amazing, no BS. There really is a sense of unity and the management does everything they can to help you succeed. You get the best training possible and they will be hard on you, so this position is not for the weak. Our co-founders Chris and Marc are extremely personable and have so much insight; they truly care about their employees. Everyone in the office is also around the same age which is nice (and we love our happy hours).

      Cons

      The starting salary is on the lower end of the spectrum, but honestly it's depending on how hard you want to work. They have plenty of incentives for you to be making WAY more.

      Pros

      Going into memoryBlue, I was terrified for what was to come because I had no sales experience. Fortunately, I was pleasantly surprised. To put it simply, memoryBlue is like getting your masters in sales. The training is exceptional and they really set you up for success. I can confidently say that I have learned how to be successful in sales and I wouldn't have gotten to where I am without memoryBlue. A solid plus this company is that I have made some of my best friends here. Can't complain about that.

      Cons

      Sales is not for everyone. It takes a lot of drive and determination to stick it out and actually succeed. Trust me, there have been good times and bad times; however, the good times outweigh the bad times. Work hard and you will kill it.
