      Pros

      Good company, Long hours, fair to their employee's. Establish for over 30 years. opportunity for advancement. Company offers pretty good benefits for it's employee's.

      Company is a little flaky, too Long of hours, fair to their employee's. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement. Company offers pretty good benefits for it's employee's, but could be better.

      Pros

      The management is friendly, as are the instructors who lead the training sessions. Although I'm not certain how well their method of cc'ing email works, they seem insistent on keeping everyone informed and the lines of communication open.

      Cons

      They were overly aggressive with hiring and contracts, which should have given clue to it being a sweat shop. The pay is notably low for the amount of work which is expected to be done on a tight schedule. This is not an inexperienced observation.

      Great place to launch career as an architect for roll-out work

      Pros

      Family-like atmosphere. Fairly easy to make friends around the office. Departments are set up to have many steps/ability to move up the chain.

      Cons

      Workload can be staggeringly high at times, leading to low employee morale. Though most everyone is friendly, as with any work environment there are cliques that form. Roll-out work can be boring to do.
