Pros

Menemsha is filled with sellf-motivated individuals who all work extremely hard. I find the atmosphere to be conducive to healthy competition to put out one's best work.

Cons

Although hard work is a good thing, Menemsha is a job where deadlines are extremely important, and overtime is not uncommon. I love hard work but maybe some more balance would help. Nonetheless, it was never too overbearing.

The company does good work and is well established. The management is helpful and kind. They are constantly looking for ways to improve the work environment, providing benefits and events to employees.

Cons

Communication between departments could be better.

Everyone is super approachable and friendly. The work hours are fair and everyone works hard--great environment.

None really. If you don't like hard work... I guess that is a con.
