Pros

The management is friendly, as are the instructors who lead the training sessions. Although I'm not certain how well their method of cc'ing email works, they seem insistent on keeping everyone informed and the lines of communication open.

Cons

They were overly aggressive with hiring and contracts, which should have given clue to it being a sweat shop. The pay is notably low for the amount of work which is expected to be done on a tight schedule. This is not an inexperienced observation.

Pros

Plenty of room for advancement. A large variety of clients. Friendly atmosphere. Nice office. Great knowledge base. Fair pay. Decent benefits. They listen to their employees. Great job security. They encourage growth and pay for the architectural registration exam. Hours are decent. Very seldom did we have late nights. I learned a lot from my manager.

Cons

No bonuses, even at Christmas. Between architecture, construction, and survey, the company does very well for itself.

I do not see any pros to working here.

Cons

Huge disconnect with upper management. Tons of turnover. Lots of “tenured” employees that serve no purpose. Inexperienced less qualified employees get promoted over others. Unsupportive atmosphere.
