      Good company but bad management

      Pros

      1. The colleagues and work environment is the best. 2. Everyone is nice and they are kind and willing to help every fresh men. 3. There is no office politics among general staff. 4. Every staff works very hard to help company and their customers. 5. love the tech guys.

      Cons

      1. Company does not provide any benefit program. Company insurance sucks. 2. No standard and clear promotion rules and salary evaluate rules. The increase of you salary depends on if you ask. 3. The management never promote your position and salary even you work very hard. 4. Even though you are promoted, your salary may be the same. 5. Some management like to mix work and life together, which is fine, but you cannot request everyone to do the same.

      Remote working. Convenient office location.

      Cons

      1. Bureaucratic work culture, very typical Chinese company. 2. No training provided and no structure. 3. The company is comprised of 99% Chinese (either for sponsorship or their English is horrible). Half of the employees works in China. 4. The company is 90% reliant on sales, and they put tons of pressure on those poor employees, providing them with low pay while demanding unrealistic KPIs. 5. Will only talk the talk. 6. Toxic work environment. 7. No growth opportunities.

      Worst company I have ever seen. Avoid at all costs!

      Working from home if that counts.

      Cons

      Terrible manager, micromanaging, no personal privacy, doubt you on everything, limited growth, expect you to respond to everything immediately, lack of communication... Literally everything! Owned and led by Mainland Chinese and most of the people there need to work on their English.
