plenty of work from home time

Cons

salary is below the industry average a lot, and you are expected to respond promptly to messages from colleagues and supervisors outside of working hours. You must reach out to clients immediately if they have product issues, even if it's after hours. Point is, the product always has issues. Although you have a lot of vacation time, it's almost impossible to use it.
