Amazing clients, I love working with them either in the home or in the program centers. They are the real reason I continue to work here.

Cons

Lack of communication between house staff, managers and all of the above. Also the pay isn't any better than a retail job. You can pick up overtime, but even then most of the money is taken out due to taxes.
