      Great training, wonderful supervisors, and valuable experience.

      Cons

      Not a huge fan of their system for submitting case notes.

      Pros

      Guaranteed 40 hours, supportive staff. Upward mobility is possible. Criminal background is not an issue. Chance for personal growth.

      Cons

      Lot's of small complaints. Bait and switch tactics, applied for 1 job got another. 3rd party payroll that doesn't care. Rolling 6 month probation period that can be reinstated if a detail of your job description changes. In group preference to persons in recovery.
