Pros
Hit the ground running with a full case load; decent supervision; great opportunity for 1:1 work with families; able to learn the systems of care and all of the resources available for families. Recommendation is to get your experience and take it out of the company to move yourself up in other capacities.
Cons
Negative staff morale; rude director that does not engage with staff; overloading clients to staff; unrealistic productivity expectations; little to no staff appreciation; no opportunity for upward mobility; no investment in staff growth; no formal training about the county's levels of care -- you have to be self motivated and teach yourself everything there is to know.
