Good benefits, health and time off

Cons

Don't take salary job here, there is no limit to workload or Oncall requirements are 24/7. It's horrible and you'll have no life. Management attitudes just "suck it up" doesn't work if you have a family, kids or a life of any kind!

You aren't micro managed. You get to schedule your own appointments. The company has a full array of services to offer. I worked with CRR level children in foster home settings.

Cons

Because there is no real support or anyone to talk with - even leadership doesn't know what corporate is doing. It takes months- years just to get a form changed because it has to go all the way up and down the chain. There is no tracking system to help you know what documents are coming due so we stink with compliance and work long hours just before licensing visits to try to eliminate as many citations as possible. Overall disorganized corporate world.
