Pros

Management are not organized , they treat their staff like nobody. If the program director did not like you they find all means to get rid of you especially foreigners that work with them.

Cons

Bad staff, I would not advice anyone to work with them,you can not move forward in NHS company. Nasty environment they blamed their staff for no reason and endanger their life.
