Flexible hours with ability to schedule clients when it works best around your schedule. Co-workers were friendly and professional.

Cons

Seriously terrible work environment. Pushed more for profit than it did for helping people who they are serving. Everything was about the bottom line.

the clients were a joy to work with. getting to work with them every day and getting to know them as individuals was awesome

Cons

Staff are never on the same page due to bad communication between shifts. There is a high turn over rate which can be hard on clients.

Pros

Hiring process was easy. I can not really think of anything else good to say.

Cons

Not enough staff to fill the consumer's hours so they expect everyone to break their backs covering shifts. Hostile attitude in the office. No benefits. Low pay, and no room to advance. Also, send caregivers to homes where they know people are under the influence of drugs, and things could be unsafe.
