      Pros

      Flexibility in working hours. Staff is great and friendly. Non management workers work hard and give all they have and go above and beyond

      Cons

      If you work hard you're not advancing in the company. There tends to be favoritism as to who gets promoted and who doesn't. No room for advancement or growth. Upper management is out of touch with what's going on and if you tell them about it, you're frowned upon. No credit for what you do except from other coworkers. No recognition and no raises.
