Pros

Hiring process was easy. I can not really think of anything else good to say.

Cons

Not enough staff to fill the consumer's hours so they expect everyone to break their backs covering shifts. Hostile attitude in the office. No benefits. Low pay, and no room to advance. Also, send caregivers to homes where they know people are under the influence of drugs, and things could be unsafe.

Great people, amazing consumers, amazing hours (flexible where I work), awesome management, good pay and it is a lot of fun getting to know the people I interact with daily.

Cons

There are no real cons that I know of. I have nothing but good comments for the company and who I work with!
