      Pros

      It was nice to be able to create my own hours and I was able to do assessments and basically choose the clients I thought would be a good match for me. I was able to bring a creative, eclectic approach to my work. There is great diversity in the population of clients.

      Cons

      It's very difficult when you don't get paid if clients don't show and scheduling becomes tricky or you just don't make all that much money. Supervision is kept to a minimum which creates lapses in communication.

      Pros

      Decent Salary and good benefits. Work as a team and feel like you can get support from your co-workers because you are all going through the same things together.

      Cons

      No work-life balance, worked in excess of 10 hours a day..barely had time to enjoy anything outside of work. The job is mentally exhausting and even when you work more than 10 hours a day, management is still on you about your productivity not being good enough. They look at therapy as a money maker and not something that should be viewed in terms of quality not quantity. No room for advancement

      Cons

      Where do I begin! *Managers throw you under the bus so they don't get in trouble * Rules are changed for certain employees * Major Favoritism issues * No way of moving up unless you know someone * Chances not given to current employees, positions given straight to outside hire * No regard for pregnant employees * constantly changing rules * union is an utter joke- noone seems to know the rules and nothing is posted anywhere
