Overtime here and there and doesn't require much effort to be an employee and they are always hiring

If you are making money for the company that is ALL they care about. Not enough time to get everything done in the day. Most case managers work at home (unpaid) entering their notes at the end of the day. All management wants is PRODUCTIVITY....PRODUCTIVITY, !!! Connecting clients to resources (faxing resource material to agencies to set up services, traveling with clients TO resources, emailing therapists about a client for continuity of care suggestions)..they don't consider this as "productive". Bottom line..IF IT DOESN'T MAKE THEM MONEY...FORGET IT!
