-Understanding staff -Helpful supervisors -Experience with children

Cons

-When I started, I had NO training experience beyond online videos and a single session observing another tech--I did not feel prepared at all for the job -There is no consistency, so when you got to know a client well, you were moved to a different one --> This is improving lately. -Random and persistent changes in how to do paperwork that can be hard to keep up with -A lot of paperwork to complete - it takes up increasing amounts of precious session time
