Pros

Seeing the kids progress and enjoy their time with you. Benefits and pay. The parents show great appreciation.

Cons

Breaks are not offered every four hours. (some loophole in the law). Sudden changes at the last second causing chaos. Expectations of documentation are different weekly, only chance to hear such changes are through the grapevine. Rarely will you be told directly from upper management. Office is overworked. Communication is poor among office staff and technicians simply due to workload. No appreciation of work. Training is too short and not practical.
