-Same old NHS just a different name -HR department is worthless -Preach retention of employees but hire outside -CEO is obivilious and doesn't care or hold upper management or HR accountable

The best thing is the opportunity for advancement. They will create career opportunities for the right employees. Pay is OKAY. Benefits, uh, okay. I guess.

Cons

The worst thing about this company is that they are unorganized. Upper management lacks basic communication skills, and nobody is ever on the same page.
