Clients always lift your spirits and the job is extremely rewarding

Cons

Employees gossip and start drama making it difficult to give clients the time and care they deserve. Most employees are just there for the money and don’t treat the clients nicely at all (bickering with client, swearing towards clients, etc.).

Every clinic is different; however, the people and culture are the best part of Merakey throughout my experience. Staff stay at Merakey because they appreciate their co-workers and supporting their clients. Merakey is a good entry level job for therapists gaining experience.

Cons

The pay is lower compared to similar jobs and qualifications. Once you have a clinical license, it makes it difficult to justify working at Merakey for their current pay rates.
