I enjoy what I did. If you are part of the "click" you are ok. The "Core Values" are great. If people followed them and valued them, is another story.

Cons

If you stand apart, you are picked on, with no support from the higher ups. There is no confidentiality. If you have a problem with another employee, supervisor, etc. you are the one, most likely to suffer especially if they are "protected." This company does not value their employees. Moral is way down always has been always will be unless theres a change. There is no support from upper management.

Flexible Hours, able to work with wonderful clients and make an impact on people

If you are making money for the company that is ALL they care about. Not enough time to get everything done in the day. Most case managers work at home (unpaid) entering their notes at the end of the day. All management wants is PRODUCTIVITY....PRODUCTIVITY, !!! Connecting clients to resources (faxing resource material to agencies to set up services, traveling with clients TO resources, emailing therapists about a client for continuity of care suggestions)..they don't consider this as "productive". Bottom line..IF IT DOESN'T MAKE THEM MONEY...FORGET IT!
