      Very Disorganized and Poor Communication

      Pros

      I can't really say there was much positive about this place. Staff has it's own culture and doesn't accept outsiders.

      Cons

      Ideas are not considered and if suggestions are made for improvement, management holds it against employees. Poor communication, lack of structure, people allowed to do whatever they want. This was a school setting and it was being run like a group home.

      Pros

      Self made schedule, choice of hours, trainings, minimum supervision, great job if you like kids, can work independently, have good time management skills, and are able to complete paperwork on time/accurately, the people you work with make this a great company to work for

      Cons

      Client cancellations, amount of paperwork, may not receive a large case load immediately, pay for service, no benefits

      It has been a great learning experience, but there is no room for growth, little training, and poor supervision.

      Pros

      Flexibility - You can flex your time, work 5 hours one day and 10 another, or come in from 10-6 or 7-3, whatever floats your boat. Management seems to take employee concerns somewhat seriously...sometimes. Probably more than at other places, but I think we get a little spoiled and complain about this issue a lot. Coworkers can be great Management gives you chances to mess up. Incentive - If you bill high enough, you'll earn a ( very highly taxed) bonus in your check

      Low pay Little support at times, sometimes there's a "figure it out" mentality Lack of consistency - one supervisor will tell you one thing, and another will tell you something totally different 5 minutes later...literally Billing first, people later - sometimes it feels like all they care about is how much you bill, not what you're doing for your consumers
