Potential for flexible scheduling but this depends on your clients. You work in a team with a cotherapist which can be nice.

Cons

No training, they throw you in. Company is extremely nitpicky about documentation—you’ll have do redo forms several times for one silly mistake. You are expected to perform ESFT while not being fully trained to do so—and the families often don’t realize you aren’t fully trained!
