Co workers that work together to accomplish nothing but it’s nice to have someone.

Cons

Everything. Poor management. So many improvements needed and none made. Management wants employees to setup other coworkers to get them out of their employment, they illegally do so many things to new hires and current employees. CEO is so concerned with his own pocket. He hired someone to come in and restructure but it was most definitely a conflict of interest and illegal to do so considering they are all family friends. They steal money from new hires paying for their own BG and DG. As much as you try to reach out for answers, you get ignored by everyone.
