Pros

For the most part co-workers are friendly and it's rewarding working with and helping the consumer attain goals.

Cons

High demand, very low pay. No room for growth. The many positions that may be available usually requires a degree, in my opinion a lot of the times all it takes is common sense and experience. Tuition reimbursement is extremely low compared to some other places I've worked.

Was close to home, licensure supervision is included for some (unless they give you some asinine reason that they can't, which is likely) very little supervision so I could do whatever I wanted and no one gave a crap, there's snack machines

Cons

Upper management (especially at Sharon Hill location), very low pay compared to other big name agencies, working with delco providers including treatment court is awful, management doesn't care about clients JUST $$$$,underhanded sneaky coworkers, quick turnover of employees speaks for itself.

Pros

Not much to say as far as pro's with NHS. I worked with some good employees, so I guess that's a positive.

Cons

So much - lack of support from upper management. Low pay. Mandated working schedules. Company is always rolling out new things without adequate foresight. CEO is a joke.
