Pros
Decent Salary and good benefits. Work as a team and feel like you can get support from your co-workers because you are all going through the same things together.
Cons
No work-life balance, worked in excess of 10 hours a day..barely had time to enjoy anything outside of work. The job is mentally exhausting and even when you work more than 10 hours a day, management is still on you about your productivity not being good enough. They look at therapy as a money maker and not something that should be viewed in terms of quality not quantity. No room for advancement
