Business Outlook
Pros
Vacation and time-off benefits are better than I've seen at other insurance companies in the metro. My hours are flexible due to my position being salaried. Many colleagues with years of experience in the industry to learn from.
Cons
No work/life balance. Their is too much on each person's plate to complete in a 40 hour work week. Myself and others I work alongside must work in the evenings and weekends in order to be successful in our position. Unrealistic expectations are placed on leaders to coach their teams a certain percent of their time, but with all the other responsibilities we have it is impossible to accomplish.
