1. Brand 2. Good number of Leaves 3. Flexible work timings 4. Shift allowance 5. In the past people use to travel Germany too often

Cons

1. The IT division has collapsed recently- The entire Top level senior management who supported employees in the past are no more with organization and they are replaced by unqualified ones (Many organizational restructuring) 2. Very Low Compensation when compared to Market reference and current attrition rate in India is very high 3. Most of the Indian bosses will Micromanage 4. No IJP

Cons

They pay less compared to market. Not so good hike from past coupler of years. They want work done but don't want to hire people as it adds costs and expects the current load is enough to be handled by just handfull of people.
