      The wages increased recently to a more acceptable standard after business cash injection Good benefits; life assurance, private healthcare Christmas gift boxes

      Cons

      Majorly high turnover caused by incompetent management and strain on staff mental health. Many good staff developed mental health issues from working there and left for greener pastures Training is horrendous Overworked staff Horror stories of how some of the staff are treated and spoken to by middle management If you have other options, don't work here. If you have no other options, or need a foot in the door and can stomach it - it's good for the CV.
