      Pros

      - Very helpful, kind people. - They do take care of employees, especially in the current pandemic situation.

      Cons

      - Air of uncertainty is present. - Things get done very slow initially only to be hastily done at the last moment. Such a culture does not make for solid, constructive, and consistent results. - They’ve tried to do away with sir/ma’am culture, but it definitely still exists and that’s unfortunate. - Terrible gender diversity ratio.

      At this moment I can see no benefits.

      Cons

      No fair pay, no growth opportunity, no team spirit just a collective of individuals. Have to go through 3 temporary contracts before being offered permanent contract. Opportunities are given based on who is liked rather then who merits it.
