Shifts are ideal and the bonuses are nice. Work colleagues were great (apart from management)

Cons

No room for progression and training seems to be randomly handed out with no thoughts on who needs it. Chaotic work schedule and constantly umderstaffed. Base pay was poor and shift allowance only balanced it out to a semi-decent amount. Toxic work environment

Provides opportunities for growth of employees. Global working culture is very good. Management making good investment in RPA Lot of opportunities to learn new technology.

Cons

Some India teams have a lot of politics. Good people are asked to leave in functions like hr, medical etc. Hire and fire policy.
