      Pros

      Good company perks like free Xmas nights out, hampers etc Will take on people new from uni so good for experience

      Cons

      Completely over work staff. Overtime is 'not compulsory' but you are guilt tripped by management if you don't as someone has to stay until all the work is complete. Not enough time in the day to take breaks and complete work, then huge blame when mistakes are made due to rushing. Poor salary. Blame culture. Promotion of unworthy staff if they are well liked by middle management. Some departments aren't as bad as others, but would avoid altogether if you can help it.
