Lot of politics in software division, Manager neither have management experience nor management education, based on politics mostly IT dept is running, No growth, if you know how to do polish to manager then you can promote. no transparency in team, HR listing to manager only. No body will listen to junior employee. M-connected Technical head not have any technical experience. very bad situation in team.
