Stable, no signs of merger and acquisition yet Slow paced- suitable for retirement purposes Able to achieve work life balance regularly

Cons

Very inward looking management- not fully aware of the industry standard practices. It is about building the right relationships to get promoted rather than the right capabilities. This culture is so ingrained that it is impossible to change.
