Good benefits, great work environment, nice people to work with.

Cons

It can be quite political which directly impacts the progression of brilliant ideas when middle-managers choose not to back something for bureacratic reasons. leadership team, who only look after themselves and move on within a couple of years. Very political and not really a speak up culture unless you want to damage your career. High work load throughout the company and hard to achieve unless you work significant extra hours. Great opportunities to move around the company and progress, if your face fits. If not, forget it.

Learning Opportunity was extremely good in the company in the Sigma-Aldrich IT division part of the company anyway. It also depends on what you are working on.

Cons

Work in the IT division in bangalore tends to be hectic. You tend to have not much of a social life or any life for that matter
