- Great work life balance at Chemical division (not so in Pharma division). - Overall friendly staff.

Cons

- Almost no Career opportunities and ZERO increase on compensations & salaries! - Huge bureaucracy system with next-to-zero flexibility. - HR made you feel like they try to keep your salary as low as possible to save costs. - Fake, so many fabricated personalities, all try to cope with this big cooperation. - Local managers are terrible in so many levels (just care about themselves, very inconsiderate and always think they're right.)

Pros

The work environment is good, the benefit is great. The company uses the latest technology so you can always learn a lot from them. Lots of scientists around, very intelligent crowed, which I fully enjoyed being with.

Cons

There is some political feud going on in my sector which as a placement student I wasn't fully involved in, but often find myself being in a awkward situation.
