Great people. Good salary. Really flexible working hours. Possibility to relocate or change function. Spirit of innovation and thinking out of the box. The brand change was great and has done a lot to lift the image of the company.

Cons

Maybe sometimes processes are a little slow, but to be expected. The HQ is located in a smaller city next to Frankfurt, but its easy to access and the location is actually nice.
