Great Benefits and Motivated Management with Growing Pains (Quality Control)

The Benefits are amazing and the pay is really good for their Sheboyan site. Everyone is really hard working and super dedicated to their work and continually improving the department Management is also dedicated to trying to help people grow and develope Emphasis is 1) Safety 2) Quality 3) Through put

Cons

The Sheboygan site has been around for a long time and used to be more catalogue driven with the departments having more freedom in their operations. Now the company is servicing industrial customers rather than its catalogue and this has resulted in some growing pains. It occurs too often that the ghost of a previous practice has to be addressed or that something got locked into change-control and can't be addressed. At worst though this is a frustration and not a detriment to the work being done. Opportunities for development can be an issue as the only way to climb the ladder is to go into management. Because the plant is 24-hr, work/life balance readily suffers.
