Started off great...but lost work/life balance and work culture too focused on pleasing clients.

Pros

Some coworkers made it enjoyable to come to work everyday. The benefits (time off and health) are better than other companies in the area. Free coffee and free company branded merchandise is nice too.

Cons

Pay is below average for the area. For a company of this size and supposed success, one would think they would at least be in the 50th percentile or above for salary expectations for the area, but sadly are not. The work culture is too focused on pleasing clients and tend to overlook/disregard employee satisfaction or happiness in the workplace until it’s too late. Most departments are overworked and are understaffed (due to turnover).
