      Pros

      Great company benefits. Medical Free lunches Gym and trainers Casual attire

      Cons

      Leadership is poor, juvenile, and degrading. It’s evident that the leadership team are people that were given their titles but do not deserve them through their character and business growth. The business is in a stagnant place with no direction of progress aside from adding bandages to their technical platforms and business plans. No room for growth on the employee. Compensation is average or below.

      Mercola is Falling Apart

      Pros

      There are a few people left who are good and caring. The catered lunch is popular. There are some very good products.

      Cons

      The owner, Dr. Joseph Mercola, has become an erratic and controlling micromanager who fires anyone at any level at will. He is steadily running what was a profitable and growing business into the ground. Revenues have dropped sharply, expenses have skyrocketed (primarily recently hired IT resources). The CEO is a figurehead and has no business background. The culture is toxic. Fear is rampant. Most employees don't last a year.

      Pros

      Tiny discount on market products. Free mediocre lunches are provided.

      Cons

      Dr. Mercola is a psychopath who is out of touch with the people who work for him.  No flexibility, poor compensation, and even worse raises—it's a dead-end company.
