Pros

Free catered lunch, yearly bonus, gym perks, pay is ok (but not really competitive anymore), cs week is fun

Cons

No real growth outside of cs dept, horrible upper management, favoritism, no one actually upholds ‘core values’, constant negative atmosphere

Pros

Free lunches are offered 4 days a week. Paid Holidays/Benefits - Pretty standard Some of people are very nice -Nothing else-

Cons

Poor communication/Lack of communication. Management is reactive instead of proactive, and there is no clear direction for what the company as a whole is doing. Plans are constantly changing, which causes even more confusion and staff to be on edge. - "Figure it out as you go" is only a recipe for disaster. Promotions are not based on performance or expertise. If you are NOT a favorite or a yes person you will most likely not be promoted.
