      Pros

      Free lunch. It’s a small company so people are generally nice and welcoming. There is also a lavish holiday party that was enjoyable.

      Cons

      Bad and hostile management. I witnessed misogynistic and homophobic behavior at the highest levels, as well as abusive behavior from them. It made things very unpleasant, and very uncomfortable.

      Pros

      Health conscious culture, fair pay, lots of bonus opportunities, health insurance, free lunches, access to a free gym, no cold calling, friendly coworkers and supervisors. Lots of reps get promoted within the company to other departments.

      Cons

      If you can't handle being on the phone all day and dealing with an angry customer on occasion, this job is not for you.
