Managers performance punishing their top employees when numbers are not being met by a team or branch (everything falls on one person like a scapegoat). Non-stop emails are sent out about why everyone is doing bad, and how everyone is responsible for a team or branch failing. The company has very unrealistic goals and expectations depending on what department you are in.
